  • Choose to live life as a path of service where both you and those you serve are blessed, healed, and inspired.
  • Work with the directions and elements in Ceremony.
  • Shed connections to old systems and weave new ones by choice.
  • Bring the Intentional Creativity process into your circles with basic materials like paper and pens.
  • Become practiced at turning your ideas into circle themes.
  • Hone your authentic craft, your unique messaging, and your offerings.
  • Work with the basics of energy in groups and how to work with changing dynamics.
  • Use the drum as a powerful tool in your circles and rituals

Q: I’ve already taken Motherboard or Color of Woman. Do I really need the Red Thread Training?

A: While Motherboard and Color of Woman introduce students to the significance and practices of the Red Thread and Circle ceremony, the Red Thread training goes far more in-depth providing students with comprehensive training about what goes into preparing for, calling, and guiding a Red Thread Circle.

Q: Do I need to adopt Red Thread Circle practices in order to become an Intentional Creativity Guide?

A: No. The idea behind Red Thread Circle is to introduce you to an approach to gatherings. You are encouraged to create your Circle any way you want. We find our students adopt some aspects and leave out anything that does not resonate with them.

Q: Is this training for artistically talented people?

A: Absolutely not. In fact, talent is not a consideration for ANY of our Intentional Creativity training classes and certifications. Intentional Creativity® is rooted in a matriarchal lineage of women creatives that has been called an 'enduring influence' going back over 100 years of both family and teachers. It is a sacramental approach to creating in all mediums that can lead to transformational experiences, social justice, community connection, heightened consciousness, and subconscious awakening.

Q: Will this work for me if I’m already leading gatherings in my business?

A: Absolutely. This training introduces you to new approaches in ceremony and technique that will expand your repertoire of possibilities.

Q: Is this training only for coaches or online businesses?

A: No. For context, Red Thread Circles are simply gatherings with a group of people with a common theme of intention to transform through the use of curated Intentional Creativity methods and rituals. Circles guides enhance any personal and professional development program you may already have and fine-tunes your group facilitation skills by increasing your ability to create meaningful communication and connection among individuals and groups regardless of how online or in-person.

Q: How do I know if this training is for me?

A: Red Thread Training is for you if you express or have thoughts like the following:

  • How can I be of service to others?
  • How do I bring my sacred work online and make still make it sacred?
  • I see myself as a leader during these challenging times.
  • I want to bring people together for healing and/or connection.
  • I have an existing community/group meeting that doesn't feel as connected as I'd like.

In the Intentional Creativity® community, we empower you to be healed enough so that you can call others into Circle. You don't need to have all your stuff in a pile or even know exactly what you want to do. You just need to feel called. Circles of all kinds, especially virtual ones, are needed at this time and always will be.

Q: How much time should I set aside for this event?

A: The training is a 3-month journey and we suggest reserving 2-4 hours per week. Our team keeps you on pace with where we are in training via a weekly email. You get to choose how to complete the assignments based on your own schedule. Students are encouraged to connect and share their process in our private classroom inside the iMusea App where there is support from Graduates of the Red Thread Training, as well as Intentional Creativity Teachers. In addition, there are twice-monthly Zoom circles led by the Intentional Creativity Guild and Red Thread Training Graduates which are also recorded.

Q: Will I have access to the training recordings?

A: Yes. The core curriculum, created by Shiloh Sophia with additional teachings from the Intentional Creativity Guild is delivered via a private site that you'll have access to throughout the training to easily find assignments and an overview of what is needed to complete your certification. Content is delivered via Video, PDF, and Zoom in downloadable format for continued access. In addition, students receive a digital PDF copy of The Way of the Red Thread manual and book by Shiloh Sophia. Over 400 pages of supportive teachings focused on our curriculum. You can also purchase a hard copy.

Q: Do I have to be tech-savvy to succeed with this training?

A: No. All you need to know is how to follow along on a website dashboard, download PDFs and videos, and log into ZOOM. If you have trouble with any of the technical requirements we have a wonderful support staff available to help you along the way.

Q: What is Intentional Creativity®?

A: Intentional Creativity® is simply working with mindfulness wherever we set our hands: whether it is creating a soup, a garden, a business plan, or a painting. We are more present because we choose to be and the results are different when we bring intention to these acts in a sacred and more meaningful way.

Intentional Creativity® is an approach to creating that yields greater access to who we are now and who we are becoming, and what is possible for us and our unfolding future.

Shiloh Sophia has taken the Intentional Creativity approach and developed six Intentional Creativity Methodologies which she offers to others in the form of certification training. They are:

Red Thread Training: Intentional Creativity Guide: Students are trained to lead circles with red thread talisman that support connection and fearless belonging as well as individual and group transformation experiences. Utilize simple Intentional Creativity processes with paper, pen, markers, or watercolor paper and paint in circle experiences to catalyze creative insight and deeper access to the soul’s voice. Duration: 3-month training. Pre-requisite course: Apothecary Medicine Painting.

Frameworks Training: Intentional Creativity Coach: Students are trained in visual literacy and the practice of metacognitive consciousness, to guide coaching clients and groups through Intentional Creativity processes using images, words, color, and inquiry to arrive at new information, refine pathways, adjust projections, insights, and inputs. This supports clients to become accountable for their results, awakening insight, intuition, and inspiration - accessing their source code. Duration: 6-month training. Pre-requisite course: Dance of the Critic and the Muse.

Color of Woman Training: Intentional Creativity Teacher: Rooted in the exploration of alchemical archetypes and empowered in their soul work, students learn to lead their circles, workshops, and retreats in powerful Intentional Creativity processes designed to support people in accessing their intuition, observing their inner narrative (critic vs muse), and alchemizing old wounds and stories into newfound vitality and wholeness. Students are trained in the proprietary Intentional Creativity 13-step painting process. Duration: 9-month training. Pre-requisite course: Legend Cosmic Cowgirls Course.

Prisma: Intentional Creativity Practitioner: A 12-month exploration of the intersection of sciences, somatics, and energy in collaboration with Intentional Creativity that will catalyze a new level of engagement for you and your clients. Prisma training is an experience for the healing arts professional to discover new ways of working that are sourced by the activation of the client's intuitive self-expression. A source that is often hidden from view. Intentional Creativity enables the invisible world of the client to become visible so that both the client and the practitioner can read and gather clues to a path of transformation, treatment, and protocol designed by the client for their own use. Authorship in the creation of a path of healing increases ownership and accountability as well as the development and capacity of self-trust.

ORIGINS: Intentional Creativity Guardian: A quest to unite with our body of wisdom about healing the disconnection of the Spirit and the body through the framework of the Soul. The intent is to become Guardians of Sacred Teachings combined with our Innate Wisdom so that we are no longer subject, in the same way, to power-over structures or to a fate outlined for us by others. Duration: 6 months Prerequisite: Cosmic Cowgirl LEGEND Archeo_Futura

GLOW: Intentional Creativity Entrepreneur: A heart-centered and creative approach to magnify your business and offerings. It is designed to leverage the creative brain to access and harness self-expression for your sacred work, build or reset your business foundation, create a 100k+ business plan, and become familiar with the technology to design an irresistible sales page for your business to grow and scale.

Q: What is Red Thread Circle?

A: At the most basic, it is simply a red thread used in an intentional connection. A Red Thread is a symbolic and literal tool for transformation. With an eye toward quantum ways of connecting across the globe, it is working with in-person and virtual circles in a sacred manner.

A Red Thread can be an insight into understanding your sacred responsibility. Leading experiences with a Red Thread include circles, conversations, Intentional Creativity®, and ceremonies to create a powerful feeling of connection for you and your guests. To be at-cause for creating this kind of experience for someone is something many of us long for.

Q: Am I required to complete the requirements within the 3-month time frame?

A. Yes. Certification requirements will be due during the last month of the training. The expectation is that you stay on pace throughout the training and compile your documentation in your Red Thread Training book as you go along. That said, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. We will offer an extension window for those who need one, which can involve an additional fee or the potential need to retake the training.

Q: What is the iMusea App Classroom/Group?

A: This is a free App for your phone that can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. You can also log in on your computer browser. It's our version of social media in a more intimate community space serving as your personal gateway to everything Intentional Creativity®.

Membership is required for Red Thread Training students and starts at $10/month with partial scholarships available.

In the general app feed, you will read updates about the latest Musea happenings and weekly posts from Shiloh Sophia and connect with fellow students and members from all over the world.

In addition, each training has a 'classroom' (group) inside the App where students can share their work, ask questions, and interact with each other while receiving support from Intentional Creativity Teachers and Guild members for the duration of the scheduled training.
